Jennifer’s Story

Jennifer’s background combines business, leadership, communication, teaching, ministry, and coaching. She began her career in management and leadership roles before launching her own business, Executive Enhancements, in 1995. In 2009, she rebranded the company as Jennifer Speaks! reflecting her growing work as a keynote speaker, trainer, author, and consultant.

Over the years, Jennifer has spoken to associations, chambers, corporations, women’s groups, ministries, graduations, sports banquets, and coached individuals seeking growth, clarity, and practical direction. She also coached boys and girls high school Cross Country and Track blending encouragement, development, and the same techniques of vision, plan, action with the kids to get to their goals.

Why Running?

Running is more than a theme for Jennifer. It is part of how she sees growth, coaching, leadership, and purpose.

As a runner and track / cross-country coach, Jennifer understands that progress takes vision, training, endurance, support, and action. The same is true for leaders, teams, women, parents, and individuals working toward meaningful goals.

Sometimes you need to hurdle a challenge. Sometimes you need to pass the baton. Sometimes you need a coach cheering you on. And sometimes, you simply need to keep going one step at a time focused on the end prize of accomplishing the project.
